Reading Response Sheet Freebies and A New Look

Hi Everyone!

I can't believe it is only Monday!  My little guys were just so full of energy today. I don't know if I can keep up this pace for four more days!  I am sorry that I have been such a bad blogger, but honestly I keep falling asleep!  Seriously!  Waking up in the wee hours of the morning with my laptop on my lap and a series of random letters on the screen. I really am going to try to be better.  To get started on the right foot, we are linking up with Classroom Freebies for Manic Monday tonight and are offering a freebie from our Reading Response Sheets Packet.  All of the sheets can be used with any book and offer both a place to draw and write.  We hope you can use them!  Our first graders have been using them and even our early emergent readers have found them easy to use.  Enjoy!

Don't forget to head over to the  Manic Monday Linky and see all of the other wonderful freebies people are offering.

I have been playing around with new clip art and a new look for our blog.  What do you think?  Hope you all have a terrific week!

We are still here! Take a Peek at our Classrooms.

So sorry that is has been so long since our last blog post.  I just got so busy and it just didn't stop!  When I wasn't in school getting ready to start the year, I was at home getting my own little ones prepared and taking them out to enjoy what was left of summer vacation.  We are now into our second full week and I am finally feeling like I can exhale and relax a little.  We totally missed the classroom linky last month, but both Erin and I wanted to give you a peek into our rooms.  I laughed to myself when I saw how clean they look because I am falling over kids and crayons all day!  :)
